		<description>SiteGround is a wonderful web hosting service! Very comfortable website management, great and affordable pricing and the best thing is the support! The people that support you make you feel like you are part of a big family, The SiteGround Family! Those people can spend hours to assist you with your issues and will do anything to have your problems solved. A day after I joined their service, I recieved a call from SiteGround welcoming me into the service and checking if I need any help! Reccomended for anyone out there that want a website!</description>

		<description>I have been a customer for years I went with them because they (had) the best support not any more they are terrible can not understand you and you can not understand them!  Can&#039;t get anyone in the US to respond.  Spent 3 hours on the phone begging and pleading to speak with a supervisor - we left on hold twice until I finally hung up.  Instructions that they e-mailed came up with an error - this is a nightmare!!!!!  They owe me money!!!!!  Good luck with them I will be moving!!!</description>

		<description>Fatcow is probably one of the worst customer services I have experienced. I just have a domain registerd with them. Fortunately, i dont have site hosting with them. I needed to re-new my domain registration. They:

1. disabled my original account that I had created for domain registration so that i was unable to renew.
2. When i tried to create a new account, the form was expecting a username field and as none was displayed i was unable to put it in. I was unable to create a new account. They had to do this for me.
3. Once i had the account created for me, i added my domain to the account and re-newed. When through the whole process of renewing and making the payment.....

Several days later, my domain expired!!!!!

On the day it expired, i spent several hours on the live chat trying to get a name and number of a HUMAN person that I could talk to regarding my grievace. 

Even trying to get the reason why the domain had expired was like drawing blood out of a stone.

Needless to say, I will not be re-newing again with fatcow next year.</description>

There are plenty of hosts to choose from with reasonable technical stats, and if you are the type of person who occasionally makes a mistake or misunderstands something you&#039;d be better off somewhere else.  I have been hosting with them for almost 2 years at this point, and have called in about issues a handfull of times.  Not once have I felt good when I got off the phone.

They boast outstanding customer service on their front page, but every phone call leads to an operator saying &quot;I&#039;m sorry, you&#039;ll have to fill out an online ticket.  I can not help you over the phone.&quot;  More than once, I&#039;ve gotten really condescending answers to my tickets that were not even addressing the real issue.  When I had a billing issue and didn&#039;t notice there was a problem for a couple of months, they refused to refund the months of service that I did not use.

I&#039;ll be leaving at the end of my 2 year prepaid term.  Although the website has been running smoothly and the price is right, the stress of dealing with this company is not worth it.</description>

Response times are average at most, with so many new customers coming in.
