I created a new domain under an existing account and then needed to move that domain into its own separate account. Siteground was very easy to work with and moved the domain into a separate account on the same day that I submitted the request. Very timely customer support from Siteground!

I will only congratulate them and ask them to continue in the same manner. (Prompt investigation and action) I am confidently recommending site ground to any one that would like a share server with no knowledge in IT like me to contact site ground immediately as there are always online waiting to assist their customers even at the time you think there are not online you realize that your ticket has been answered. I would also take this opportunity to ask the management team of site ground to look in to the prices of other packages like SSL, DNS, Etc... The hosting package price compare to the support is more than sufficient. .
